Service Description

It takes a certain kind of person to comprehend the incomprehensible. This course is for uprooting suffering at the very cause. Objectives: Acknowledge your own suffering and that of your ancestors. Learn to be with suffering without compromising your own vitality. Meet your core unmet needs with ease. Meet the core unmet needs of others with ease. Build your network of Peers and Collaborators Establish your One-on-One & Group Trauma-Informed Somatic Practices Who's this certificate for: Yoga Teachers BodyWorkers Health Professionals Educators Parents Early Adopters in any field This course is 100% Experiential. Theory will be facilitated via multiple sensory pathways including visual, auditory and highly-kinaesthetic. Approx 30% of practices will be self-explorative and 70% will involve a partners-presence. The majority of experiences involve body-to-body contact. All practices are optional and you may choose to observe, rest or enjoy creative practice at any time. Week 1. Breath-based practice. Anchoring, Anapana & Tong Len. Week 2. Sensation-based practice. Asana, Somatic Experience & Neuromuscular triggering. Week 3. Pendulation. Creative practice & Constellations. Week 4. Integration. Deep Review & Reflection. (Saturday) Externalise you Post-Traumatic Growth in the form of a Shared Group Experience/ Ritual (Sunday morning) and share with partners/ loved ones (Sunday afternoon) Saturdays 8:30am - 1:30pm Sept 6, 13, 20, 27 Sunday 9:30- 3pm Sept 28 Minimum Pre-requisite: 7+ years personal and group practices in Contemplative-Movement and Body-Mind approaches.
