What is An Experience Lab?
Based on Mysore Style Yoga, where participants sustain their own practice held by dedicated guidelines, an Experience Lab is the minimalist form to enable the optimal state of flow.

Refined over decades of observation, across movement practices, healing and creative arts, an Experience Lab is the carefully designed process of psycho-physiological discovery and the restoration of finely-tuned balance.

The Form
Anchoring (20min)
Using the breath as our central focus, anchoring is the combination of grounding, centring and aligning which forms the foundation of the practice.
Pendulation (20min)
Exploring the spectrum between end-points such as inhale-exhale, contraction-relaxation, opening-closing we discovery boundaries and the ability to regulate in-between.
Simulation (20min)
Boundaries were meant to be stretched, and Simulation, (sometimes called Stimulation) is exactly that.
With particular attention to neuro-muscular activation, we discover new ways of moving and new ways of being in our own skins, even when under pressure, stress or challenge, or boredom, distraction or fatigue.
Integration (20min)
Here we "drop onto a page" images or words which build understanding of our internal experiences. Externalising Post-Traumatic Growth, Integration offers self awareness through reflection.
Relaxation (10min)
Putting down all doing, we let the inherent mechanism of homeostasis restore balance at the deepest level.
