 What is An Experience Lab?

         Neuro-inclusive  |  Age-inclusive  |   Able-inclusive

Protected by strict Trauma-Informed Policy and delivered by our Signature-Trained Facilitators, Experience Labs use existing equipment, nature's vitality and a co-created playlist to deliver The SomaSutra.Co curriculum

The sole goal of Experience Labs is to provide the Form of Flow, in other words, create the environment of Safety, Trust, Choice, Collaboration & Empowerment to facilitate post-traumatic growth.

Principles of Experience Labs, include:

  • Slowing down.  Settling into presence.

  • Open-ended enquiry rather than technical instruction.

  • Attention to different parts of ourselves and the way they relate to each other.

  • Safety in the space. Safety in the group.  Safety in ourselves.

Come try for yourself.
