Your body knows when a family dynamic is about to go sideways.

The tightness.

The silent assessment: “Do I speak… or stay quiet?”

That’s Christmas for a lot of people.

And trying to change those power-over / power-under patterns alone rarely works.

So this year, we’re doing something different.

Christmas in our Community is about presence — real, in-the-room, as-you-are.

No posturing. No pretending.

Just honest connection here in the Brisbane & Beyond NVC Community.
